Rob Morgan
has over three decades of experience in the industry. His core skillsets include high quality joinery, roofing, kitchen installations, bathrooms and tiling.
Lee Turner
has over two decades of experience in the electrical and plumbing industry. Lee has a wealth of experience in providing turnkey design and build services for plumbing, heating, gas services, renewable energy, electrical , power, lighting , IT telecoms, security and CCTV to the residential sector.
As part of the group our electrical and plumbing services are installed by Tollgate Engineering Services Ltd. Tollgate Engineering Services hold numerous accreditations which include NICEIC approved, Gas Safe Registered, Safe Contractor Approved, BESA & SMAS. You can be rest assured your building services will be in safe hands.

Lee Turner
Managing Director
Lee has lived in St Davids Park, Margam for over a decade and is well known in the Mechanical and Electrical Building Services Industry. Lee has vast experience in the sector and has held senior positions such as Director or Regional Manager within top 10 UK contractors. Lee is also Managing Director of Tollgate Engineering Services Ltd, a Regional building services engineering contractor.
Lee is responsible for the day-to day company administration, financial management, implementation of company policies / procedures and overall Health & Safety.
Lee is also responsible for business development. Making sure that the business continues to sustainably grow by
way of developing new clients whilst maintaining its existing customer base.
Lee manages the contracts / commercial aspect of the business and also the mechanical and electrical installation services of each project / development.
Rob Morgan
Construction Director
Rob has lived in Porthcawl for nearly two decades and is well known locally for his high quality craftsmanship and desire for a perfect finish to his projects.
Robs attention to detail and customer focussed approach has developed a customer base who continually return to him for well over 20 years.
Rob is responsible for the project deliveries and logistical requirements of the projects.
He regularly meets with clients, Architects and building control officers to either report on progress or review construction details at various stages of the build.
Rob sets targets, objectives and responsibilities for all our supervised staff
As well as being a "hands on craftsman" he will be regularly reviewing timings, budget, labour, risk and project plans to ensure work stays on track
Rob ensures the delivery of high-quality work within contract timescales
